This is a product we love to use personally, with clients as well as in our bootcamp setting. The equipment is portable (it weights less than 2 pounds), easy to set-up and uses leveraged bodyweight – no weights needed! People of all fitness levels are able to safely perform hundreds of exercises. You are able to improve your power, strength, flexibility, balance, mobility as well as prevent injuries. When things start to get easy, you simply adjust the degree of difficulty to make things more intense.

Born in the US Navy SEALs.

Developed by a group of US Navy SEALs, the TRX Suspension Trainer provides workouts for US troops wherever they can find a beam, doorway, or tank to anchor the resistance-training device.

TRX traces its roots to the US Navy SEAL Teams, the world’s finest commandos who are professional athletes of the most serious kind. Development of the TRX Suspension Trainer began among these ranks as an invention of necessity. In wharf side warehouses, urban safe houses, on ships and inside submarines, the TRX founder, Randy Hetrick, and his SEAL teammates searched for ways to stay in peak condition while stashed away on missions.



During this time, Hetrick got the idea to develop a prototype of the TRX Suspension Trainer. The original TRX (Total body Resistance eXercise) was a training harness – a few lengths of parachute webbing handstitched together by boat repair tools. Almost immediately, Hetrick and his teammates put the TRX to use and created the first dozen exercises. In the weeks and months that followed, the breadth of original bodyweight exercises grew, and the harness evolved, gradually becoming the complete field training system being offered today. Tested by the military to attain operation readiness in the field, the TRX achieved early success, prompting Hetrick to launch a company based on the product.

Within a few short years, TRX Suspension Training and the company behind it, Fitness Anywhere, Inc., have entered the national spotlight and called attention to a new genre of fitness training. TRX Suspension Training is gradually becoming a mainstream option for people of all fitness levels and experience.
