ABOUT THE FOUNDER:
Leroy Ford is a fully qualified and accomplished Fitness Coach from England UK. Having spent most of his life involved in health and fitness, he holds an international personal trainer certification from the American Council on Exercise. He is now the founder of Fitness Camp Asia™, which is a group outdoor weight loss workout, described as. “An effective training system of 60 minutes sweat inducing, muscle pumping exercises, designed to transform your body from regular to ripped”.
Ever since his young years, Leroy’s firmly held the belief, that a strong healthy body, leads to a strong healthy mind. He loves the intensity of the weights room, and pushing his body’s potential. His motto is, “If you stay ready, you ain’t gotta get ready!”, so maintaining a strong athletic physique has been a natural part of his life, and he uses that philosophy to mentally and physically motivate his clients.
His well-rounded talents and easy-to-use programs have helped countless individuals embrace his effective and innovative approach to body transformation. His devotion to helping and motivating groups of people, and his natural fitness expertise, has led him to bring the message of “living fitness as a lifestyle” to the masses.
